About D & B Supply
D & B Supply is owned and operated by Diane and Bill Shehane. Diane and I have been involved in the shooting business since the early days of handgun silhouettes. We are truly what you would call a Mom and Pop Outfit, well really a Grandma-Grandpaw Outfit since our twin grandbabies were born December 98.
We took a hobby and turned it into a business. Always being involved in competitive shooting, varmint and big game hunting we saw a need for someone to specialize in giving the serious shooter and hunter that special product and or service not available at most sporting goods stores or catalogues.
We are involved on a weekly basis with most every product we sell or endorse. Not many outfits can give you that kind of hands on experience with all the products they sell.
Diane is not as involved in competitive shooting as she was when we started D & B. She won many State and National titles and was the first lady to fire a perfect score in N.C. in handgun silhouettes. She was also on the winning team at the Florida State Sun Shoot two years in a row. She put down the handgun after the National Championships in Indianapolis in 1988 and took up field archery and just like the handgun she was on her way to winning again! Nowadays her shooting consists of a groundhog or two around our cabin and a day or so shooting prairie dogs on our vacations. But every now and then she likes to go to the range. She says it’s to make sure her gun still goes "BOOM" but I know it’s to show off a little.
Without her, there simply would not be a D & B. I hate paper work, keeping books, paying bills, and sometimes answering the phone. And wouldn’t you know it, she loves all of that crap. That lets me do what I do best- build, test and compete with all the products and services we sell and endorse. Sounds like a heck of a deal, right? Wife works and I play. Well it ain’t like it sounds, but it is a fun way to make a living. Take a look thru our site and if you think we can be of service, give us a call. We aim to please!
